We currently invoice you directly for your order. iDEAL and other instant payment options are coming soon. If you have a preference, just let us know when you order.
We're based in the Netherlands (VAT NL005407575B96). For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse-charge may apply — add your VAT number at checkout and we'll handle the invoice accordingly. Providing it also speeds up invoicing.
A visual is one finished image delivered to you. Multi Format Export delivers that same visual in several aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) — it still counts as one visual, not four.
A custom style or custom model is a one-time design fee, after which you pay the normal per-visual price on every order. Video is quoted per project. For all of these we run a short WhatsApp intake to scope your brief and confirm the price before any work starts.
